Employee of the Month Recognition Plan

We’re excited to announce our new employee of the month recognition program. 

We at Beemac value our employees and want to reward you for doing a great job! The Employee of the Month is designed to recognize an individual staff member for meritorious performance. Once a month, we will recognize an employee who has gone above and beyond for the company. Staff are encouraged to nominate coworkers throughout the company (this includes remote workers and company drivers!) by completing the form below:

An Employee of the Month will be selected monthly by the ESOP Committee. The winner will have their photo displayed on the Wall of Appreciation, a reserved parking space and a $100 gift card. In addition, on a quarterly basis the winners will get a luncheon with our new CEO, Mike Presto!
