Always quick with a response when there is a issue, understands the price of fuel and his rates reflect that, helps coordinate trucks to keep them loaded for me, and most importantly he gave me his personal cell phone and answers day or night. It's nice that there is still a broker out there like Jim U that puts service over profit. Hoping to keep working with him for years to come.
