Jim Maravich joined Beemac with background in logistics along with over 25+ years of credit, collections, and operational management. Jim has an extensive background in P&L management, multi-unit management, associate development, team building, succession planning, business development, marketing, and sales. He has worked across the United States and in Canada as well. Currently he resides in Cranberry Twp., PA. with his wife Kim and their two sons, Nathan, and Adam.
Bringing over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, Bill adds expertise and tested proven controls to our company. He has been in Safety & Compliance management roles for 22 of his 30 years. The other 8 years he was in the field as a driver. While working full-time in the industry, Bill earned his Occupational Safety degree from the University of Eastern Kentucky in 2013. Transportation has been a family niche his entire life. Bill’s expertise focuses on identifying risk and implementing solutions to minimize the risk. Safety has always been a team sport in Bill’s eyes, which is why in his 30 plus years in the transportation industry has fostered good relationships with everyone he works with.
Damian is a results-oriented human resources professional with over a decade of experience driving recruitment, retention, and staffing strategies across diverse industries, including manufacturing, sustainability, waste and recycling, and transportation. A certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), he excels at managing all facets of people operations, including employee relations and engagement, legal compliance, strategic staffing, succession planning, talent and performance management, training and development, and total rewards.

Her career began in 2010 as a Safety Associate, where she quickly demonstrated her commitment to safety and operational excellence. Through her dedication and strong work ethic, Cyndee advanced to positions including Safety Supervisor and Onboarding Auditor, building a solid foundation in the industry’s best practices.
In 2016, Cyndee joined Beemac, where she continued to excel as a Dispatcher. She played a pivotal role in promoting a Driver-First Culture, prioritizing the needs of drivers to enhance both growth and profitability within the organization. Her hands-on experience and strategic approach have been instrumental in her ascent to the role of Director of Operations, where she now leads terminal operations and drives initiatives that foster a supportive and productive environment for all team members.
