Mike Presto
Mike Presto is a tenured logistics and supply chain executive having earned degrees in Supply Chain Logistics and Computer Information’s Systems from Robert Morris University. With over 25 years’ experience across multiple modes of transportation his ability to provide solutions to customers has been proven to be unmatched. Mike was born and raised in the trucking industry and has gained extensive hands-on industry knowledge in all aspects of transportation to include Flat, Van, Heavy Haul, Specialized, Rail, Barge, and even LTL. Mike joined Beemac in 2016 and quickly launched a full Heavy Haul Operation. As a Senior Executive he sets a “driver first” standard that promotes respect and delivers results. He resides in Darlington PA with his wife Robyn and daughter Macy.

Dworakowski
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Kris is a business professional skilled in strategic workflow design fueled by data analytics. Being well versed in Customer Service, Operational Strategies, Financial Modeling, and Vendor Management has assisted him in being part of a “best in class” team. Creating innovative ways to solve company challenges has helped Beemac grow year over year since 2016. Helping to lead associates to achieve higher than expected results is a great focus and achievement for Kris and his team.

Campsie
Kristine is a highly accomplished financial professional with over 30 years of experience at the senior level across diverse industries, including manufacturing and distribution, construction, real estate development, healthcare, and self-storage. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she excels in managing all aspects of accounting, financial planning and analysis, finance, treasury management, risk management, procurement, human resources, and information systems.
Her expertise in financial modeling and strategic planning has enabled her to effectively support companies at various stages of growth, with a particular focus on startups and rapidly expanding organizations. Kristine holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University.
Residing in Franklin Park, PA, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. In her free time, Kristine loves playing pickleball and traveling.

Vetica
Rich is a data-driven technology professional with over ten years of progressive experience in business intelligence. He is best known for leveraging technology to address intricate business and process challenges, ensuring that the solutions align with the needs of Beemac’s customers. As the leader of the Billing and Business Intelligence department, Rich is dedicated to empowering his team to achieve success and drive impactful results.
Before joining Beemac, Rich honed his analytical skills as a Data Analyst in the healthcare and health insurance industries, where he developed a deep understanding of data’s role in operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
Rich resides in Monaca, PA, with his family. He thrives on solving complex problems in a collaborative environment, utilizing data analytics and automation. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
Rich’s commitment to excellence and innovative approach makes him a vital asset in advancing Beemac’s mission.

Maravich
Jim Maravich joined Beemac with background in logistics along with over 25+ years of credit, collections, and operational management. Jim has an extensive background in P&L management, multi-unit management, associate development, team building, succession planning, business development, marketing, and sales. He has worked across the United States and in Canada as well. Currently he resides in Cranberry Twp., PA. with his wife Kim and their two sons, Nathan, and Adam.

Bill
O'Brien
Bringing over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, Bill adds expertise and tested proven controls to our company. He has been in Safety & Compliance management roles for 22 of his 30 years. The other 8 years he was in the field as a driver. While working full-time in the industry, Bill earned his Occupational Safety degree from the University of Eastern Kentucky in 2013. Transportation has been a family niche his entire life. Bill’s expertise focuses on identifying risk and implementing solutions to minimize the risk. Safety has always been a team sport in Bill’s eyes, which is why in his 30 plus years in the transportation industry has fostered good relationships with everyone he works with.

Damian
Johnson
Damian is a results-oriented human resources professional with over a decade of experience driving recruitment, retention, and staffing strategies across diverse industries, including manufacturing, sustainability, waste and recycling, and transportation. A certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), he excels at managing all facets of people operations, including employee relations and engagement, legal compliance, strategic staffing, succession planning, talent and performance management, training and development, and total rewards.
Passionate about building high-performing teams, Damian collaborates with key stakeholders to consistently exceed hiring goals. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Virginia and a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
Originally from New Kensington, PA, Damian is dedicated to community service and coaching youth wrestling. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and mountain biking.

Russell
Cyndee is a seasoned leader in the trucking and transportation industry, bringing over 15 years of diverse experience to her role as Director of Operations. Her career began in 2010 as a Safety Associate, where she quickly demonstrated her commitment to safety and operational excellence. Through her dedication and strong work ethic, Cyndee advanced to positions including Safety Supervisor and Onboarding Auditor, building a solid foundation in the industry’s best practices.
In 2016, Cyndee joined Beemac, where she continued to excel as a Dispatcher. She played a pivotal role in promoting a Driver-First Culture, prioritizing the needs of drivers to enhance both growth and profitability within the organization. Her hands-on experience and strategic approach have been instrumental in her ascent to the role of Director of Operations, where she now leads terminal operations and drives initiatives that foster a supportive and productive environment for all team members.
A proud graduate of Blackhawk High School, Cyndee resides in Darlington, PA.

A graduate of Rosedale Technical College, Justin earned a degree in Specialized Technology in 2011. Justin started his career at the age of 15 working with his dad at a local dealership where he acquired vast knowledge on the service side of the transportation industry. He quickly worked from being a service technician to a manager where he served as a service foreman. He promotes a winning team culture with an emphasis on customer service and wealth of knowledge.

Alberts
With over 15 years of experience in the transportation industry, Tom has been a valued member of Beemac since 2012. Starting his career as a crane operator, he has progressed through various roles, earning multiple promotions thanks to his dedication, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
Currently, Tom oversees all terminal relations, managing agent relations that encompass new business development, retention, and relationship management. Renowned for his interpersonal skills, he is a pivotal leader on both the ESOP committee and the Beemac retention Team.
A proud resident of Ambridge, PA, Tom enjoys camping, fishing, and embracing the great outdoors in his free time.
